Naupaka Terrace Description:
The Naupaka Terrace is the Ihilani’s pleasant open-air café. Of course, a hotel’s café menu has to be all things to all people, but the kitchen has done a good job juggling the familiar and unfamiliar, with a healthy portion of spa food also offered. There’s bamboo-steamed opakapaka, five-spice ginger marinated smoked rack of lamb, a seafood stir-fry with sweet chili black bean sauce. Fridays night are prime-rib buffet, Saturday nights seafood. Our favorite meal here is Sunday brunch, where there are four stations, each with a different cuisine---usually an American breakfast station and a variety of others featuring food from Hawaii to the Caribbean.
