Paradise Cove Luau Description:
If a luau is on your list of "must do's" while visiting Hawaii, you won't go wrong with an evening at Paradise Cove. Located inside the grounds of the expansive Ko Olina Resort, the night begins with mai tais, a shower of fresh tropical blossoms and cultural demonstrations and ceremonies including one honoring hukilau (net fishing). This is really everything one imagines a luau to be. The kalua pig will be dug out of the imu (underground oven) as you watch from the imu amphitheater. Then you feast with the other guests while being entertained by one of Hawaii's liveliest Polynesian revues.
