Germaine's Luau Description:
Noted most for its talented dancers, Germaine's provides a music and dance tour that features Samoa, Tahiti, New Zealand and Hawaii. The performance that will really get the blood pumping is the famed Samoan Fire Knife dance which roughly translates as the "tooth of death" from the original Samoan. Feasting has not been neglected either as you will choose from a vast array of traditional Hawaiian fare such as kalua pig, poi and haupia (coconut pudding) as well as American favorites like fried chicken, pineapple coleslaw and assorted desserts. A full bar is available (three drink coupons are provided to adults over 21) and complimentary soft drinks, coffee and iced tea are included with the luau package.
