Review :
On Sunday December 14th, our group of six arrived for lunch at 1:05, our orders were placed shortly thereafter; approximately 30 minutes later we were informed that they could not be filled (Christmas specials and a Messy Chicken Sandwich) due to the fact that they were out of chicken!! Rather than go elsewhere after the LONG wait we ordered ribs and substituted beef (for the chicken)--it was served without any vegetables (fries only). The sad fact was that the sweet hostess had to deal with the situation (s) at each table -- the manager had NOT made an appearance. What a place to work!!! Great way to operate a business!! Oh, I forgot to mention -- meals were full price.

Review :
This used to be the first restaurant we'd go to... but it's slowly changing to be worse every year. Chicken used to be delicious, until I started getting sick from it lately. I don't know what's changed in the chicken, but it must be minor since I'm the only one getting a little ill. They also seemed to have changed the way their sauces are made too (you can smell it). I also somewhat agree with the other review, the service is getting very slow (about an hour for one chicken? come on!).

Review :
My family and I love the food here, but the service at this particular restaurant has been going steadily downhill over the last couple of years. Our last experience was dreadful. We waited well over an hour to be served, as did several other customers. We won't be going back!!
