Located in the monumental weighing-house of Haarlem (built 1598), this restaurant is centered around wine, offering small dishes in the afternoon, accompanied by wine, normal dishes in the evening, accompanied by wine, and cheeses accompanied by wine in the late evening. All wines served are also sold at shop prices.

The website is in Dutch. A three course meal costs about 40 Euro.
