CLOSED - OUT OF BUSINESS
A restaurant in an old Dutch building with fresh, mediterranean-like colours inside. The music is often world music or jazz and sometimes classical guitar etc. There is a collection of art works on the walls.
The food is international with a basis in French cuisine and inspiration and ingredients from all over the world (hence the name: «de par le monde»). Indeed the chef/owner, Mr Klaas Tjoelker, has been working in development programs in Africa before training as a chef in Guatemala, France and the Netherlands.
Mainly french wines from small producers.
