For those of you who like to venture off the well-worn tourist path, this letter-perfect supper club is for you. Though it is, indeed, our father's favorite hangout, it's also like dining inside a time capsule---complete with low prices that also seem like they're from another era. Dress up to the nines and splurge on the lobster and steak combo that's served up with a hash brown potato and the vegetable of the day. Those with big appetites should consider starting with the homemade French onion soup topped with gobs of baked mozzarella cheese. Or just nibble on an olive or two off the relish dish and scoop up cheddar cheese spread on your club cracker while throwing back a dry martini. Diners with lighter appetites will enjoy the broiled salmon, which is a favorite with dear old Mom. After dinner, mosey on up to the bar for an after-dinner liqueur.
