Titletown Brewing Company Description:
This microbrewery is usually so jam-packed that you just might bump into a Packers player. Regardless, it's enjoyable to sit tight and throw back a cold beer made by Titletown's on-site brewmasters. We're fans of the Johnny Blood McNally red ale. Other selections include the Hopasaurus Rex and German-style Dousman Street Wheat. Nibble on appetizers like deep-fried, white-cheddar cheese curds dipped in marinara sauce, or share the decent-enough barbecue chicken pizza. Full-size entrées like beer-braised pot roast with garlic mashed potatoes, freshly baked chicken potpie and fish 'n' chips offer further temptation. After dinner, wander upstairs to the second-floor pool hall and challenge the locals to a game. Whatever you do, don't forget to order a Sno-Cup Root Beer, based on Grandma Gladys' original recipe from the old Sno-Cap Drive-In, a local favorite.
