This restaurant is the epitome of old-world Italian dining---with a strong emphasis on taking your time and savoring every bite. The slow and relaxed pace is echoed in the elegant color scheme, which soothes the senses with washes of peach and purple. Tables are dressed in white linen and laden with sparkling glasses and gorgeous silver. The chef, Angelina, will prepare for you a made-from-scratch meal of her fine Italian cuisine. The menu is a five-course prix-fixe, with each diner choosing from a short list for each course. We recommend that you start with bruschetta and follow up with gnocchi al ragù, which is napped in a Bolognese sauce, for your pasta course. Then indulge in the breaded veal steak with your choice of sauce---Alfredo, tomato or pesto. For dessert, who could resist the Italian-American favorite, spumoni ice cream?
