Founder's Brewing Company Description:
The open, industrial feel of this former warehouse space is perpetuated by hardwood tables and high, exposed ceilings. Glass windows allow sight into the brewery, where brewmasters work to create beers ranging from the standard IPAs to a seasonal breakfast stout. Hearty deli sandwiches, available hot or cold, include the Big Dutch, a French roll layered with roast beef, Gouda, lettuce, tomato and red onion. A lighter option is the Tree Hugger, featuring hummus made in-house and fresh vegetables. Founder's is a non-smoking facility, with a full deck outside for smoking and sipping shandies in the sunshine.
