En Asian Bistro & Sushi Bar Description:
The menu is meant to be pan-Asian but comes across as a hodge-podge of a little of this, a bit of that---sushi is served alongside General Tso's chicken or pad Thai. Perhaps the best selections from this eclectic menu are the vegetarian dishes made from soybean protein or gluten. The veggie chicken with cashews has a nice flavor, and for noodles, the Singapore-style noodle dish makes a plentiful portion for maybe two meals. The kitchen not only serves the requisite full sushi entrées, but also presents a separate all-sushi menu with selections that include the "My Best Friend Roll" (vegetable tempura, salmon, miso dressing) and "No Name Roll" (spicy mayo tempura, spicy tuna).
