Just to prove that the metro area offers almost every cuisine under the sun, this casual operation spotlights Ghanaian food, a rarity in most U.S. cities. But if you eaten at any of the Caribbean places around town, you'll have a sense of what to expect: fish and oxtail stews, jerk chicken, and curried goat take center stage. And the succulent fried plantains are the best in town. Start with the peanut butter soup (assuming you don't have peanut allergies) and the egussi stew of beans and rice makes for a hearty meal. Also substantial: the jollof rice with your choice of beef, mutton, chicken or fish. Desserts here are virtually nonexistent, but chances are you won't crave anything sweet if you've started with the appetizer order of plantains.
