The Seine meets the sea at the foot of this magnificent half-timbered chaumière so typical of the Normandy region. The garden terrace is an idyllic setting in which to savour simple, traditional cuisine prepared with fresh ingredients from the sea and the surrounding countryside.
Another annex of the Ferme Saint-Siméon, located in a picturesque converted sheepfold overlooking the estuary of the Seine and the sea, satisfies even exacting diners in using the best of ingredients (scallops, pigeon foie gras) in elegant and masterful dishes. The wine cellar is stocked with classic vintages.
