En Bonne Compagnie Description:
Restaurant En Bonne Compagnie is located right on the bank of the Canal du Midi (a Unesco world heritage site) in the village of Homps in the Aude.
On it’s shady, floral terraces overlooking the canal, the restaurant provides ‘cuisine raffinée’ in a unique atmosphere.
Valerie and Craig Charlesworth (a Michelin experienced chef) offer cuisine based on Craig’s French training, but with an added modern international touch - the ‘specialité de la maison’ is Banana and Toffee Vodka Soufflé. The home-made dishes include proper vegetarian options, with three set menus which change regularly and a further inexpensive weekly lunchtime menu.
The restaurant is open for the summer season with service from 12-14h at lunchtime and from 19h in the evenings.
