Les Prés d’Eugénie Description:
In the 19th century, Empress Eugénie was extremely fond of this place - the white palace Les Prés, the Couvent des Herbes and the Auberge de la Ferme aux Grives gracefully face each other in balmy gardens of magnolias and verbena.
Today, Christine and Michel Guérard serve their "Gourmet Cuisine" classic menu, their "Rustic Cuisine" at the Auberge de la Ferme aux Grives, and their "Active Lean Cuisine" - which Michel invented in 1974.
