La Cédraie Description:
La Cédraie, the Château de Curzay's gourmet restaurant, is named after the 200-year-old cedars that can be seen from the terrace and the dining rooms. It offers light, innovative cuisine in an atmosphere of calm and serenity.
This stately castle affords smashing drawing rooms and two dining rooms, one wainscotted and doting a marvelous wood-sculpted fireplace that is a monument in and of itself. Chef Nicolas Isnard proffers a well-crafted, classic cuisine. The cellar is gradually being expanded, and offers mainly Loire Valley wines as well as a goodly number of half-bottles.
