Dinner is about 7h30 pm. and consists of soup, assorted salads, main course (meat or fish and vegetables), cheese, dessert.
The 5 course meal is accompanied by "Our Ladie of Snow" wine from the monastery, home made bread and spring-water. Coffee and tea are included.
