Erected in 1605 along the town's ramparts, this building began as a Cistercian abbey, then went on to house a baron. It now shelters a charming restaurant with a gorgeous garden-terrace on the outside and comfortable, refined surroundings within. Fine cellar, plentiful in Alsatian wines.
