Like numerous colleagues and after many years working for others (Guy Martin, Jean-Chauvel), chef Burnet has opened his own place in the residential city of Saint-Mandé where he offers mischievous and inventive cuisine, in the image of sea bream stew, herbed calf's head with chanterelle mushrooms and vinegar, and pistachio and raspberry macaroon.
