Chef Bernard Lebrun settled down at this pretty village restaurant after working in restaurants all over France. His highly developed cuisine has found a perfect home in this region with its generous flavors. In season, cèpes and other wild mushrooms can be found on the menu, and the veal fillets, sweetbreads, and kidneys are eternal favorites. Add to that an impressive cellar that is rich in regional wines, including a Buzet (Château de Gueze) or a Duras (Domaine de Durand), and you have everything you need for a pleasurable meal.
