David Zuddas always gets it right, and never ceases to amaze us. His set menu is dazzling, finding ingredients from around the world in forests, rivers and oceans. His wife Catherine makes sure the service is as impeccable as the cooking. The wine cellar has made leaps and bounds with an emphasis on good growers' wines from the Burgundy region.
