Step into Chef Jean-Michel Prabonne's world of herbs and condiments where he treats regional products with ingenuity. His basic premise is to produce authentic dishes brimming over with flavor and "truffled" with fascinating ideas. The chocolate-based desserts are a real wonder. The fine €30 fixed-price menu is recommended. Delightful welcome and irreproachable service. Superb wine list with a majority of local offerings. There is a wide choice of wines by the glass, but not enough half-bottles.
