L'Amphitryon Description:
The personalized cuisine of Éric Pujos, who sometimes uses regional recipes, confirms the high level of his establishment. In a fresh, restful décor, he sends out from the kitchen copious portions of eggplant gâteau with fresh chèvre, bass with anise served with squid ravioli, and a soft Toblerone-like dessert made with two kinds of chocolate. The wine list includes one or two vintages from each region of France.
