The main dining room is certainly handsome, but we prefer a table facing the Italian-style terraced garden (the room is smaller but has more charm). Pascal Bouvier puts an elegant spin on the local cuisine, using high-quality ingredients. Some of these great regional dishes include roast pike perch, crab béarnaise, leek ravioli with parmesan.
