The restaurant is located on the first level of the hotel and features modern décor with warm orange walls and turquoise window shutters. Guests should be on the lookout for themed dining specials that change each month. Past themes have included Vietnamese Street Food Festival, Vietnamese Hot Pot and Leaf of Life: Delightful Green Tea Dishes, which offered dishes such as pan-seared scallops and foie gras with mangoes and jasmine tea sauce, and wok-seared tuna with capsicum pepper and onion with green tea gravy.
