You may want the comfort of sitting at one of the discreet wall tables, but one pleasure here is to lean over the partition of the sushi bar and watch the experts at work. It's all a symphony of flowing movement and precision techniques for a meal that transcends the ordinary. The menu suggests a complete dinner with specific categories: sushi, yakimono, nabe, nimono, kobachi---about eight in all, composed of the freshest ingredients.
