Chalin's Restaurant Description:
This location of Chalin's (one of two, and formerly Charlie Chiang's) is cut in the mold of traditional Chinese-American eateries, with safe (that is, not too exotic) and familiar dishes that include such standards as crispy sesame chicken, lamb with spring onions, and orange beef. We enjoy the Szechuan-style dumplings to start, and find the hot-and-sour soup commendable.
