Sky high, with a striking view of metro Detroit's cityscape, this shiny jewel of a restaurant maximizes the luxe experience with an exhibition kitchen, revolving wine carousels, soaring ceilings and a feeling of old-world elegance mixed with cutting edge urban modernity. We suggest sampling hot-and-sour eggplant ravioli, sugar cane-crusted scallops and heirloom tomato salad. "Crescendos" include cider-glazed pork tenderloin and bacon-and-sage-wrapped Amish chicken. Finish with the baked Michigan apple pot, cinnamon Gala apples, walnut streusel and crème fraîche ice cream.
