Armando's Mexican Cuisine Description:
A mother-daughter team from Cuba runs this energetic spot with bright, connected dining rooms. A lunch buffet is offered every day, and the menu is full of reasonably priced Mexican and Cuban dishes. Complete meals, with rice and beans, include seafood tacos with pico de gallo as well as steak or chicken fajitas, burritos and enchiladas. Also on tap: combination plates, all of which are priced under $10. Dinners are more expensive and include steaks, shrimp and even lobster.
