Mosaic Description:
The dinner menu is designed for fine dining. Included on that bill of fare was everything from 7 oz. lobster tails to tenderloin.
The three swan dessert is enough for three people. Chocolate mousse, chocolate shells, whipped cream and berries.

Bathed in the colors of the Mediterranean with a hand-blown ceiling glass and earthy accents of granite, marble and copper, the ambience at Mosaic---like its menu---reflects Greek and an eclectic array of cuisines. Sample lobster spring rolls served with a mango salsa and wasabi aïoli, or try flash-fried calamari in a lemon beurre blanc with capers, tomatoes and scallions. Move on to the cedar-roasted whitefish brushed with maple mustard-glaze and served with shrimp hash and Savoy cabbage salad. We also appreciate the Chef's Compositions, which include five tender lamb chops marinated in a medley of olive oil, lemon and herbs and served atop a potato pancake surrounded by a lemony, garlicky sauté of spinach, artichokes and tomatoes. Whatever you do, save room for the so-very-sinful lava cake that oozes with rich, chocolate ganache alongside raspberry sauce. Linger over a glass of wine and enjoy.
