Sushi Zushi Description:
There's only one reason for this place to exist: it's the perfect meeting spot for a first date that will either continue or end after one martini. Sushi isn't pricey here even though the place looks expensive. Drape yourself artfully over one of the lounges on the patio and stick with the sushi, sashimi and rolls, all of which are at least as good if not better than the sushi counter in a topnotch grocery store. Don't bother with the cooked foods like the dreary sukiyaki udon---a bland bowl of noodles and meat---or the tough skewers of beef negamaki.

Review :
I stumbled across Sushi Zushi first because it was the only sushi place I could find that didn't close between lunch and dinner. Their menu was huge and I ordered to go and started with something safe: the spider roll and spicy tuna. I was pleased so went in again for dinner with a friend and what a different experience I had! The music and ambiance was great...like a hidden treasure. Nothing to write home about on the outside, but very cool on the inside. I let the waiter recommend some items and each one was impressive. The LIR roll is now my favorite. I used to work at an upscale sushi restaurant and this place offers more variety, same freshness of fish and cheaper prices. I'm definately coming back!
