Combine good Sardinian-style Italian food with an out-to-be-seen crowd and you've got Arcodoro & Pomodoro. Knockouts on the menu are the sa fregula, a clam soup with Sardinian-style couscous in a saffron broth, and the gnocchetti sardi al cinghiale, a Sardinian teardrop pasta with wild boar. But check to see if the kitchen is doing the whole fish baked in salt, which is worth the 45 minute wait. The wine list features lots of hard to find Italian wines, especially Sardinian labels, which are fun to explore without breaking the bank.
