As the name implies, it's all about the grill at this amiable chef-owned restaurant. Look for staples such as rib-eyes, strip steaks and filet mignon sharing menu space with more adventurous items like the ahi nachos---lightly seared bits of lush red tuna served on a crispy wonton chip and drizzled with a spicy wasabi sauce. Or try the tenderloin crostini, thin slices of rare meat heaped atop homemade crostini jazzed up with a well-prepared béarnaise sauce and big popovers with butter in lieu of bread. St. Louis-style barbecue pork ribs are hickory-smoked, moist and meaty and slathered with tangy barbecue sauce. Seafood fra diavolo is a generous helping of linguine, shrimp, scallops, mussels and clams tossed with either spicy marinara or white wine garlic butter. For a big blowout, go for the grilled whole Maine lobster; no muss, no fuss, just juicy lobster with butter---the only accompaniment a good lobster needs.
