Five Sixty by Wolfgang Puck offers 360-degree views, 50 floors high in the Dallas skyline. Located in Reunion Tower, the name comes from its high standing 560 feet atop the downtown Dallas scene. The grand, window-lined space combines the contemporary with classic warm tones, marrying the two in zen-fashioned harmony. The restaurant treats guests to eagle-eye views of the entire cityscape with a 55-minute room rotation, adding to the unique dining experience. Executive chef Sara Johannes garners her inspired cuisine from Puck's other fine-dining concepts such as Spago Beverly Hills, Chinois on Main and CUT. The menu features modern Asian dishes, with more than 400 labels of wine and a dozen or so brands of saké to complement them. Some of the specialties include spicy tuna tartare, crispy lobster and shrimp spring rolls, wok-fried whole sea bass, miso-saké glazed black cod and Kobe beef short ribs. With three levels of service the restaurant also features two bars, one facing outward that rotates and a luminescent glass bar that is stationary.
