Fishbone Grill Description:
Admittedly, Fish Bone Grill is located in a less than desirable area, but the food makes up for the surrounding landscape---or lack of it. Sides are made with fresh vegetables. The hush puppies are jalapeño-laced nuggets of deep-fried fantasy, while peel-and-eat shrimp, oysters on the half-shell and the spicy gumbo are also reasons to visit. We also like the appealing crab cake burger. Many of the menu items are fried, but you can order most fish, scallops and shrimp grilled or blackened---and all entrées come with a juicy ear of corn on the cob.
