Bliss Raw Café & Elixir Bar serves vibrant and fresh food with a purpose: its 100 percent raw and organic eatery is stocked with "superfoods," allegedly for better nutrient absorption into the body. Using seasonal and local ingredients, Bliss creates good-tasting, healthful dishes that are always uncooked and unrefined. The Elixir bar offers powerful liquid concoctions that contain phytochemicals, known to fight diseases and promote good health naturally. The sugar-free chocolate bliss, a smooth blend of raw cacao, vanilla agave, cacao butter and some other ingredients that are hard to pronounce, is pleasantly sweet and easy to drink. The confusing menu of elixirs, drinks, shots, tinctures and add-ins is difficult to decipher, however, so be sure to ask your server to explain, as they are happy to help. In addition to obvious raw selections---salads---the café menu is surprisingly extensive with soups, sandwiches, burgers, tacos and even pizza with an uncooked twist. The menu contains absolutely no meat, dairy, gluten, sugar, preservatives or refined foods.
