Fragrant Rice, Mahi Mahi wrapped in Filo with Taro

on a Kumara Gratin, Tenderloin of Beef wrapped with
Bacon and Mushroom Duxelle on a Potato Rosti with a
Red Wine & Port Sauce.
• THE VERANDA BAR from 11am – 11pm:
Besides being a superb spot for Cocktail Hour, the
Veranda Bar is the perfect place to drop in for drinks at
any time. Light meals are available from 11a.m. to
11p.m., including traditional Fish & Chips with Tartare
Sauce, Mezze Platters of Cured Meats, Seafood,
Artichokes, Olives and Cheeses served with fresh breads
and dips, and a great selection of Pizzas.
• Sunday Brunch from 9a.m. to 3p.m.
