Ferringway Condominiums is located one and 1/2 miles from the the heart of Downtown Durango. The complex has 50 units situated on four acres with a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, clubhouse and sauna. Gas grills are available for use in the pool area. Each condominium is individually owned and decorated. Each offers a deck, wood burning fireplace and full kitchen with all of the pots and pans, dishes and glassware provided. All have washers and dryers. The bed types vary in each unit.Minimum age required at check in is 21.
