Review :
We chose this hotel in Chengdu to celebrate Christmas there. We chose it
because it is located in the city center, the rooms look nice and new on
the photos and the introduction on a few travel booking sites reads very
inviting.However our experience in this hotel turns out to be terrible. It
started with the reception already, first they can not give clear
instruction to the taxi driver of how to get there, then they were very
slow yet very arrogant during check-in as well as check-out. The room seems
nice at the first look, but soon the problem starts. The toilet was leaking
like hell, every time I flush the water travels further on the floor, not
to the direction of the collecting pit, but to the corridor leading to the
living room. There is a small cabin in the living room where the washing
machine can be installed if necessary, the tap in the cabin was also
leaking, at a slower pace but with rusty water. At the beginning, I didn't
notice it. So I put my clean laundry in the cabin and guess what, when I
came back to the hotel at the end of the day, they are all dirty again.
More examples can be given for small details like this. As a result, I will
not stay in this hotel again and will not recommend it to any friends.

After staying in Chengdu this was the worse decision. This Hotel looks
fine, but inside it's all except fine and friendly! Bad house keeping and
front desk, leaking water pipes and leaking toilets, noisy airco and a
breakfast which was not good too, as well as the poor service. This
expensive Hotel choice did spoil our weekend! For those that want to visit
Chengdu, I would NOT recommend this hotel, high price, bad service and poor
quality. And what's mentioned in the advertisement is not correct too.
