Chef Mickaël Blais has a nice touch with classic dishes (many showing obvious French influences) as he mixes in eclectic tastes from around the world, including flavors from Italy, Spain, Greece and Japan. Cosmos' extensive martini menu easily complements a meal that might include a foie gras-studded Kobe beef burger. A nice choice of meze and tapas make light dining a tasty possibility; sushi is also an option, and so are wood-fired pizzas. For dessert, try a fresh berry cobbler.
