The Club Description:
Golf and good food aren't often associated with each other, but you'll find both at The Club restaurant in San Rafael's McInnis Park Golf Center. The menu features more than ten pasta dishes from primavera to carbonara. Colorful meal-size salads are generously topped with chicken or salmon. Entrées include grilled salmon with mango-papaya salsa and New York steak topped with onions with potatoes and vegetables. If lamb shank with polenta is on the menu, try it; it's a great value. Portions are generous. There's a fun bar scene at night. In season, dine on one of Marin's most extensive outdoor patios with the added pleasure of a sun screen that shades all tables---and keeps away errant golf balls.
