What we find is ropa vieja spooned out with rice and beans to celebrate what may be Cuba's most popular dish---here in a huge portion. If that's a must, so are the appetizers tostones rellenos, or stuffed and fried green plantains, and the flaky-tender empanadas filled with seasoned ground beef. If you are looking for lighter fare, you might want to consider the always-popular Cuban sandwich with its roasted pork, cheese and pickle. And whatever you decide to order in this small, friendly eatery, save room for its version of the tres leches cake, a dense, sweet milk-sodden finale that is probably the richest dessert Burtonsville has ever seen.
