Actually, this place used to be the best Chinese in Victoria that I can remember. Over the years it started to decline in both flavour of dishes as well as service. For some reason, probably out of nostalgia, I decided to give it another go and I was really surprised to taste that great, old school flavour that I was used to. I'm not sure what happened over there, if new management took over but the food is back to what it used to be - and that's the best Chinese in Victoria! If you decide to check it out, try the Crispy Ginger Fried Chicken and definitely try their won ton soup, it could be the best you've ever had! The atmosphere is usual Chinese restaurant fare, with bright rooms and lots of tables crammed in but still a great time and the service is back to what it once was.
