M&M Ribs Description:
For years and years in a dusty field on a busy street, Maurice (Big Moe) and Maureen Hill slow-cooked slabs of ribs, chickens and more over hardwood charcoal. Now the family operates out of a tricked-out truck with an actual address, but the down home vibe's the same. Just-right sides and desserts like unctuous collards, mac 'n' cheese and sweet-potato pie round out superbly zesty pork ribs and jerk chicken. Most do take-out, but there is a picnic table for dining in, emblazoned with the words Knowledge is power---a slogan cue aficionados in-the-know about M&M take to heart.
