Gordon Biersch Description:
This modern American pub grub eatery with hand-crafted beers opened its first Chicagoland locale near another chain establishment, Ikea. We like to slurp a Märzen with our Cajun rémoulade-accented blackened tuna. We aren't wowed by the burger with smoked bacon, cheddar and beer-barbecue sauce, though, finding the latter too sweet. Chicken piccata is a nice alternative with caper-specked white wine-butter and grilled asparagus. For dessert, you can expect familiar options like apple bread pudding and double chocolate cake.
