Mai Thai Restaurant Description:
With two locations in the Valley (Boise and Eagle), Mai Thai raises the bar on Thai dining with its wide selection of dishes and elegant atmosphere. Each of the restaurants showcases a soothing water feature and large Buddha; the contemporary seating and décor creates an urban feel. We suggest the spicy Thai tacos and sweet lemon grass shrimp for appetizers. Entrées include the usual Thai fare with distinctive creations such as cashew seafood served in a nest of golden potatoes, seafood pilaf in a creamy mushroom sauce, and a succulent crab tower with morsels of fresh crab sautéed in a jalapeño-ginger sauce and served on a bed of peanut cucumber salad. Bento boxes, sushi, sashimi and desserts round out the menu.
