Pagliacci Pizza Description:
This local group of pizzerias offers East Coast-style pies with thin, pliable crusts. Most Pagliacci outposts focus on pick-up and delivery, but the Bellevue location is a full service restaurant with contemporary décor. Combo favorites include goat cheese on an olive oil base with sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms and green pepper, and "coppa colla" with sweet fried peppers, mozzarella and Gorgonzola over tomato sauce. Seasonal choices may include pear with Gorgonzola in the fall or asparagus in the spring. Traditionalists will savor the "Brooklyn Bridge combo," a blend of pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, olives, green pepper, onion, tomato sauce and mozzarella.
