Hatsune Description:
This hip, smart restaurant offers more sushi rolls (American-style, not traditional) than you can shake your chopsticks at. Order a plate of crab meat, avocado and cream cheese rolls, and try to stop yourself from eating them all. First-rate baby squid also tempts. There's a huge saké list, including hearty saké cocktails. Service can be confused, but once you settle in, Hatsune has a nice buzz, and attracts a young and funky crowd of locals. The décor is hip Japanese, with a little rock garden and white fabric flowing from the ceiling.
