Sullivan's serves up house specialties, such as the 20-ounce, bone-in Kansas City strip steak, a 24-ounce porterhouse steak or a 24-ounce rib eye. Seafood fans can order hearty oyster, crab, tuna, salmon or shrimp dishes. The bar up front, Sullivan's Ringside, offers an arena for cigar-smoking and martinis, accompanied by live jazz.
