Perk's Coffee and Tea Description:
Perk's is a locally owned coffee shop. Serving tea, coffee drinks of all varieties, bagels, muffins, among other baked goods, this shop comes in handy when you need a place to read, study, or just relax. Wireless internet access is free, unlike at the national chain you've head of, and the coffee is better. Study or reading groups can sit at tables of four, or outside on the front deck.
Located near the Perkins overpass over I-10 across the street from Zeeland Street Market. Parking: There is an empty lot less than a block northwest up Perkins that customers are always welcome to park in at anytime. Also, Herroman's Flower Shop across the street closes at 7pm, so parking there after 7pm should not be a problem. And, Zeeland St. Market also closes at 7pm and customers can park there as well.
